What you need before you start, the system requirements, and where to get official help. PackDesk connects to your store through the Redsys plugin you already run.

What you need
- A WooCommerce or PrestaShop store
- An active Redsys plugin license (WooCommerce / PrestaShop) with the PackDesk API enabled
- Your store served over HTTPS
- On WooCommerce: a WordPress Application Password and a profile per employee

- macOS 26 or later
- Apple silicon or Intel Mac
- Windows version coming later
Note on PrestaShop
PrestaShop is supported through Redsys for PrestaShop Premium. The documented onboarding flow currently covers WooCommerce; the PrestaShop detail is confirmed as it ships.
Getting started
Four steps to a connected store
Enable the plugin API
In your Redsys plugin settings, turn on the PackDesk API for your store.
Create an Application Password
On WooCommerce, generate a WordPress Application Password for each employee.
Add the store in PackDesk
Enter the store URL and credentials; they're saved in the macOS Keychain.
Assign profiles
Give each employee the profile that matches their job. Done.
Send a suggestion
Have an idea or found something off? Send feedback to the developer straight from the app — no email client needed.

Common ones
Is my data stored by PackDesk?
PackDesk talks directly to your store over HTTPS and caches data locally for offline work. Credentials live in the macOS Keychain.
What happens when I lose connection?
You keep working. Changes queue per store and sync when you reconnect, with conflict resolution if needed.
Where can I get help in my language?
Official support is available at plugins.joseconti.com/soporte in Spanish, Catalan and English.
