Before installing
You'll need
- macOS 26 or later
- A WooCommerce or PrestaShop store over HTTPS
- An active Redsys plugin license (WooCommerce / PrestaShop) with the PackDesk API
After installing
First run
Add your store
Enter the store URL and connect over HTTPS.
Sign in employees
Application Passwords on WooCommerce, one profile each.
Start working
Pick, bill and support — online or offline.
Windows is coming
PackDesk launches on macOS first. A Windows version is on the roadmap — there's nothing to sign up for yet.
