Free app, active plugin license
PackDesk is free to download. To run, your store needs an active license of the matching Redsys plugin with the app's API enabled — over HTTPS.
Get a Redsys plugin license
Your store needs WooCommerce Redsys Gateway (Premium) or Redsys for PrestaShop Premium installed and active, with the PackDesk API enabled.
Connect over HTTPS
On WooCommerce, each employee signs in with a WordPress Application Password and their assigned profile.
Work, online or offline
Credentials are stored in the macOS Keychain; everything travels over HTTPS.

Is PackDesk really free?
Yes. The app is free to download. What you need is an active license of the Redsys plugin for your platform — the same plugin that powers payments in your store.
Which platforms are supported?
WooCommerce and PrestaShop, both via their Redsys Premium plugin. A Windows version of the app is coming later; today PackDesk runs on macOS.
Where does “40,500+ stores” come from?
That figure refers to the Redsys plugins and modules PackDesk connects to, used by more than 40,500 stores since 2004 — not to the app itself, which is new.
How do employees sign in?
On WooCommerce, each employee connects with a WordPress Application Password and an assigned profile. Permissions are always re-checked on the server. Need a hand? See Support.
